DELIVERY INFORMATION
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it, but please allow 4-5 working days for delivery. A signature is required on delivery.
For mainland UK we deliver 5 days a week- Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and public holidays.
We can only deliver to the address where the card used for payment is registered.
Next day delivery available at £10
Orders submitted before 12- clock midday for next day delivery will be delivered the requested following day, orders after 12’clock will be dispatched the next day which means that delivery will be the day after.
England Wales and part of Scotland excluding Highlands and Islands.
A standard delivery is charged at £4.50 per order,which covers England, Wales and parts of Scotland. Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern island, Isle of Man, isle of Scilly incurs an additional surcharge £10.00.
Saturday special delivery before 9am £20 anywhere in Mainland England.
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE CHARGES
Delivery to Europe is £10 for first Item, then additional £4.50 for each order. Please allow 3-7 days for delivery.
Delivery to USA, Asia, Australia is £18 for first order, then additional £7.50 for each order. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
RETURNS
We will replace or refund items provided they are returned complete unused and in their original packaging with any appropriate labels and tags intact within 7 days of receipt.
Postage & Packing costs are non-refundable unless your statutory rights apply. We are not responsible for the items which do not reach us therefore please ask the Post Office for a free Certificate of Postage.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange items for another item or another size we will be glad to assist you; however a postal charge of £4.50 will apply.
MISSING ITEMS/DAMAGED GOODS
Refunds will not be given for products that have been damaged whilst in the care of the customer due to misuse or neglect.
We can not be responsible for items that fail to reach you when a delivery attempt was made. Please retain proof of posting if you are sending items back to us, we can not be responsible for items that fail to reach us.
